Product Overview
Immunopeptides are short peptides presented on the cell surface by antigen-presenting cells and capable of binding to TCRs on the surface of T cells, triggering an immune response. Based on their origin, immunopeptides can be classified into type I or type II. Immunopeptides are polypeptides that the body spontaneously recognizes and enzymatically digests foreign antigens. Compared to other antigens or other peptide regions, they exhibit stronger immunogenicity and serve as natural targets for specific immunodiagnosis and therapy. This can significantly accelerate the development of targeted therapies, immunotherapies, and tumor vaccines for diseases including autoimmune diseases, infections, and cancer. Furthermore, some related research has successfully entered clinical applications, greatly improving the treatment prospects for tumors and autoimmune diseases.
Wininnovate Bio has established a complete immunopeptidomics analysis workflow, providing a one-stop solution from immunopeptide affinity enrichment, high-sensitivity mass spectrometry, specialized database construction, machine learning database retrieval, and AI screening of active immunopeptides.
The immunopeptidomics analysis project is based on a high-speed, high-resolution, high-dynamic-range timsTOF HT mass spectrometer and uses IP-4D-DIA De Novo sequencing technology. It can identify MHC-binding peptides in samples at the macro omics level, which can greatly increase the depth and speed of related research.
