Product Overview

Antibody sequencing currently employs a bottom-up proteomics strategy, using various protease digestion combinations to hydrolyze antibodies/proteins into peptides. Then, high-sensitivity and high-resolution mass spectrometry is used to acquire MS/MS secondary mass spectra of these peptides. De novo analysis of the amino acid sequences of these peptide MS/MS spectra is performed using software, and then the sequences are further stacked and assembled into the full-length protein sequence.

(1) High accuracy, guaranteeing sequencing activity; the success rate of sequencing hundreds of antibodies annually reaches 98%;

(2) Low requirement for sample purity; purity above 50% is sufficient, and sequencing of mixed monoclonal antibodies is also possible;
