The 96-well desalination plate is a high-throughput sample pretreatment product based on a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) polymerized reverse-phase adsorbent. Its packing material is a copolymer of hydrophilic N-vinylpyrrolidone and lipophilic divinylbenzene in a specific ratio. Through a precisely controlled adsorption and distribution mechanism, it accurately separates compounds of different polarities, efficiently removing salts, polar impurities, and interfering substances from samples. Simultaneously, it achieves targeted enrichment and deep purification of target analytes, providing superior separation performance for complex matrix processing.

Analytical Data

After enzyme digestion of omics samples, different amounts of peptides were collected, and after desalting, mass spectrometry analysis was performed (TimsTOF HT DIA for 12 min). The number of proteins identified was obtained by DIA-NN library search analysis.
